Cancellation Policy

Before booking, please make sure you are comfortable with the cancellation policy.

Cancel until

  • If you cancel up to 48 hours after booking, you will receive a full refund if the arrival date is at least 14 days away.
    You are refunded 100% of the money you have paid.
  • 100% refund for cancellations made at least 3 months prior to arrival.
  • 80% refund for cancellations made at least 1 month prior to arrival.
  • 30% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
  • There is no refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.

Reservation and Booking:

  • Full payment (paypal or money transfer)
  • Payment is due within 5 days from the day of reservation

Availability and Check-in/Check-out

  • Minimum stay 7 nights
  • Check-in: 15:00 – 21:00
  • Departure: 11 am
  • 50% refund up to 2 weeks before arrival, later we cannot refund the money – this is a private country house
